Harbinger Land started as a shared dream among a group of passionate young professionals from Oklahoma City. The vision was to build a company that could provide the very best title services to clients through recruitment of the most talented landmen coupled with ultra efficient project management and cutting edge technology. At Harbinger Land, we strive to carry out that vision on a daily basis. It is important to us that we satisfy both our clients and the people who work and contract for us, and we are constantly pushing ourselves to go above and beyond the status quo.
Our core team has over 50 years of experience in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Arkansas, Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Dakota and Colorado in a wide range of land services. We require all title landmen to have a minimum 5 years of experience, and each member of our leasing team has a minimum 3 years experience. We are also developing a robust division to provide our clients with the very best GIS services available, and we continuously seek out highly-skilled landmen to deliver the highest quality work to our clients. As part of Harbinger Land’s commitment to excellence, we provide financial support to our agents to help them achieve the highest level of industry certification available to them.
